Security arrangements have also been strengthened. CRPF units have been deployed in nearby areas and local police remain on alert.

 

Sarsal is located about 185 kilometres from Jammu and around five hours from Kishtwar by road. Travellers can reach the area via Kishtwar, Trigam and Chatroo before arriving at Sarsal. With its cool climate and natural beauty, Sarsal is steadily becoming a promising summer travel destination.
