Uttar Pradesh to Become the First State in India to Export Weapons to America
India's Belier Signs Agreement with Real Manufacturer Private Limited

For the first time, weapons manufactured in Uttar Pradesh will be exported to the United States. The iconic British revolver, Webley & Scott's “Belier-455,” will be manufactured in Kanpur. With this move, Uttar Pradesh aims to make a mark in the arms export market by supplying firearms to American citizens.
American demand is high for Webley-455 revolvers. Due to their rich history, these firearms hold significant value for collectors. During British rule, the revolver was designed in 1887 and remained in production from 1887 to 1924, with around 1.25 lakh pieces made. Production of the model stopped in 1963.
