The report found that 15% of employees face severe mental health issues, which directly impact their work-life balance. Alarmingly, 59% of respondents reported that their work-related stress significantly affects their personal lives.

Companies are beginning to acknowledge the mental health crisis among employees. With over 67% of professionals struggling with emotional distress, HR departments and organizations are urged to implement better employee support programs, flexible work arrangements, and mental health counseling.
Experts warn that if stress management initiatives are not taken seriously, India's workforce may face a massive productivity decline, leading to higher attrition rates and burnout cases in the coming years.
