Chairman ICIM Satendra Singh Meets RPFC Vaibhav Singh to Discuss Pradhanmantri Viksit Bharat Rojgar Yojna under EPFO Scheme

Chairman of the Indian Council of Industrial Management (ICIM), Shri Satendra Singh, met with Mr. Vaibhav Singh, Regional Provident Fund Commissioner (RPFC), Greater Noida, for a detailed discussion on the Pradhanmantri Viksit Bharat Rojgar Yojna (PMVBRY), a flagship scheme under the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO).
The meeting highlighted the Government of India’s strong commitment to employment generation and industrial growth. Through PMVBRY, the government aims to:

 • Expand the coverage of social security benefits for workers.
 • Enhance industrial stability and productivity through government-supported hiring.

Mr. Satendra Singh underlined ICIM’s proactive role in bridging the gap between policy and practice by spreading awareness among industries, HR professionals, and employers to ensure maximum utilization of the scheme.

Mr. Vaibhav Singh assured full cooperation from EPFO for effective and transparent implementation, stressing that both employees and employers will equally benefit from the program.
