Bird Lover Embarks on 85 Km Walk Dressed as a Bird
Made a Four-Yard-Long Beak Costume in Just Three Days
Bird enthusiast Matt Crevelyan from London has recently made headlines. He walked a distance of 85 kilometers wearing a costume of the Eurasian Curlew, one of Britain’s most endangered bird species. His purpose was to raise awareness among people about the importance of bird conservation.
Matt said it took him three days to make the costume, which included a four-yard-long beak. The costume was hand-painted to resemble a real bird as closely as possible.
He shared that the journey was very enjoyable and that he used to walk up to 12 hours a day. Matt hopes that his unique walk will inspire people to actively participate in bird conservation efforts.
