This Man in Britain Has a Habit of Blocking Traffic

In the city of Swansea, England, a man named David Hampson has become notorious for his strange habit of blocking traffic, a behavior he has been repeating for nearly a decade.

 

He first came into the spotlight four years ago when he stood at a busy intersection and deliberately stopped vehicles, forcing the police to arrest him. During his arrest, Hampson refused to speak to anyone and chose to spend months in jail rather than explain the reason behind his unusual behavior.

 

After being released, he resumed his old antics. Since his first arrest in 2014, Hampson has been charged 12 times for the same offense and has spent multiple stints behind bars.
