Wedding Ring Lost in Lake Recovered After Search in Texas

 

A professional diver has recovered a diamond wedding ring from a lake in Texas that had been lost by a woman.

The ring, dating back to 1910, held immense sentimental value for the woman as it was a cherished family heirloom.

 

According to reports, the woman was walking along the sandy shore of Possum Kingdom Lake with her son’s baseball team when she realized her diamond wedding ring had slipped off her finger and fallen into the water.

The baseball team, along with her parents and grandparents, searched the area but could not locate the ring.

 

Later, she contacted diver Shane Pejza of Lone Star Diving Search and Recovery. Pejza explained that poor weather and murky water made the search especially difficult.

However, after several attempts, Pejza was finally able to retrieve the ring from the lakebed, bringing immense relief to the woman and her family.
