Dubai’s Architects and Investors Contacted for Developing a 302-Hectare Township
The upcoming Smart Township in Greater Noida, being developed by Integrated Industrial Township Greater Noida Limited (ITGNL), is set to receive architectural and investment expertise from Dubai. The organization’s planning team has reached out to the architects and investors of Burj Khalifa to help design and structure this massive urban development project.
This 302-hectare township, located along the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor, will be a state-of-the-art urban hub featuring residential, commercial, and industrial spaces. The project aims to integrate world-class infrastructure, modern architecture, and smart technology solutions to create a sustainable living environment.

IT Companies Also Invited
•    750 acres of land has been designated for this Smart Township, expected to attract global companies from sectors like IT, real estate, logistics, and mobility.
•    Multiple investment proposals are being considered, with an estimated ₹25,000 crore investment potential.
•    This township is planned to be one of India’s most advanced smart urban projects, incorporating green energy solutions, high-speed connectivity, and cutting-edge urban planning.
