India Became Fastest-Growing Economy in 11 Years: Prime Minister Modi

 

Prime Minister Narendra Modi stated on Monday that India has emerged as the world’s fastest-growing economy during his 11 years in office. He said that the country has witnessed unprecedented growth and development under his leadership.

In a statement reviewing the government’s tenure, Modi highlighted achievements such as empowering over 140 crore Indians through welfare schemes and infrastructure development. He noted that while 60% of the global population faced economic slowdown during the pandemic, India not only survived but also achieved remarkable progress.

 

The Prime Minister cited advancements in digital infrastructure, women’s empowerment, and agricultural reforms as examples of his administration’s success. He reaffirmed the government’s commitment to ensuring prosperity, security, and dignity for every Indian.
