Modi Transformed the Political Culture of India: JP Nadda

BJP National President JP Nadda on Monday hailed Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 11-year tenure as a transformative period for Indian governance, asserting that Modi has changed the political culture of the country by replacing appeasement with accountability.

In a press briefing at the BJP headquarters, Nadda stated that the Modi era has introduced a new model of politics, focused on transparent governance, people-centric policies, and national development. He emphasized that the government under Modi's leadership has brought a “new political consciousness” and ended a legacy of dynastic and corrupt governance.

“Modi replaced the politics of vote banks with politics of development,” Nadda said, citing the scrapping of Article 370, the enactment of the CAA, and reforms in the triple talaq law, women empowerment, and national security as major milestones.

He added that the BJP-led NDA government has turned challenges into opportunities, using schemes like Ujjwala Yojana, Swachh Bharat Mission, and Digital India to improve lives at the grassroots level.
