Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath expressed dissatisfaction over the delay in registrations under the recommendations of the Amitabh Kant Committee and directed strict action against defaulting builders. He emphasized the need for prompt and efficient measures to resolve issues faced by homebuyers and ensure compliance by builders.

During a review meeting in Noida, CM Yogi instructed officials to take stern steps against builders who are not adhering to regulations, particularly those delaying property registrations. He highlighted that builders must meet their commitments, and any negligence would lead to severe consequences.

• Completion of Airport Construction: The Chief Minister stressed that the construction of the upcoming airport should be completed on time. The development of this significant infrastructure project is crucial for boosting connectivity and economic growth in the region.
• Multilevel Parking Facilities: CM Yogi also directed the construction of multilevel parking structures to alleviate traffic congestion and improve urban planning in Noida.
